How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany costs €4.99 and is free from an order value of €49. Costs for other countries can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How long does delivery take?

Your order usually arrives within 2–4 working days. We ship exclusively with DHL.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes. We ship to Austria (free from €100), Switzerland and many other EU countries.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Yes. Enter the Packstation and your personal DHL Postnummer at checkout.

How can I pay?

All available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. All details are in our cancellation policy.

How do I use an oil burner?

Fill the bowl with water and add a few drops of fragrance oil or perfume oil. Then light a tea light underneath. Make sure there is always enough water in the bowl and never leave the oil burner unattended.

What is the difference between fragrance oil and perfume oil?

Essential oils are extracted from plants. Perfume oils are composed fragrances – which makes scents like baked apple or vanilla possible that do not exist as pure essential oils. The product description tells you which type of oil a product contains.

Can I use the oils in an aroma diffuser?

Many of our oils are suitable for oil burners and diffusers. Please follow the notes in the product description and the instructions of your diffuser.
